By using Permit Practice Test, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
Permit Practice Test provides practice tests and study materials for educational purposes only. We are an independent resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or licensing agency.
Our practice questions are based on official state driver handbooks but are not the actual questions used on the official exam. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee you will pass the official test. Always study your state's official driver's handbook as the authoritative source.
No Warranty
While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of our content. Traffic laws change, and the official handbook is always the final authority. Use of our materials is at your own risk.
Free Use & Advertising
Our practice tests and printable PDFs are provided free of charge for personal study. The site is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense; how advertising cookies work and how to opt out is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Who May Use the Site
The site is intended for people preparing for a learner's permit or driver's license and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, use the site with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Discussions, Ratings and Reports
You can post in question discussions, rate tests and report questions without an account. When you do, you agree to the following:
- Posts are moderated and, once approved, are public. Do not include personal information about yourself or anyone else.
- No spam, advertising, links to unrelated sites, abuse, harassment, hateful or unlawful content, and no posting of actual questions copied from an official exam.
- You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to display, edit for clarity, and remove it on the site.
- We may remove any post and restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules, at our discretion.
- Posts by other visitors are their own opinions and are not checked the way our questions are. Rely on the official handbook, not on a comment.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, original questions and PDFs on Permit Practice Test are our intellectual property. You may use and print them for personal study, and teachers may print them for their own students, but you may not republish, resell or redistribute them or copy them to another website or app. State handbooks and agency names belong to their respective agencies.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, use the “report” link under any question or our contact page. We check reports against the official source and list the changes we make in our public corrections log.
Limitation of Liability
Permit Practice Test and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to failing an official exam or any consequences thereof.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
